The character I decided to write about is Darcy from the book " Until We Meet Again" .  She is the older sister of Jamee, they both go to BluFord High.  She is a junior at BluFord High. Darcy had a boyfriend named Hakeem but their relationship ended because his dad had cancer and they had to move to Detroit.  It was an upsetting time for her but she was understanding about his situation. Darcy and her grandmother had a very close bond in the story. Her grandma died towards the end of the story, she felt as if she could tell her grandma everything even ask for advise.  Darcy wanted to get a summer job to keep her mind off Hakeem. She became a babysitter for an old friend named Liselle. Darcy was a kind girl, she didn't like to lie or say no to people, and her focus was on school. She always studied for her tests, if she knew she had to study but her friends asked her to go out she would choose studying over hanging out. I'd say Darcy set a good example for her younger

The character I'm going to talk about is Darrell from the book The Bully. I chose this character because he really caught my eye when I was reading this book. I know he is the main character in the book but I liked his actions. Darrell was one of those quiet kids that keep to themselves. Darrell was a new kid at BluFord high, and he got bullied. Darrell would always try and avoid his bully but they always ran into each other. Darrell was a nice friendly kid, he was not mean at all. Darrell was anti-social he didn't make that many friends at his new school. Darrell joined the wrestling team at his school, it was his first sport in that school. He was a very skinny and small teenager. Darrell had about two fight for wrestling, Darrell also stood up for himself and fought his bully and his bully got hurt. After that Darrell didn't get bullied again.
