Why I recommend Golden Boy

The book Golden Boy was a great book. I read this book and did my reading project on it. I recommend this book to my classmates, especially if you like suspense in your book. I liked this book because it was like a personal narrative about Habo's time traveling. Golden Boy caught my attention with all the suspense and foreshadowing in the book. It involved a lot of mysterious parts, like when his killer found him. I also liked the book because it wasn't as boring as I thought it would be. "Don't judge a book by it's cover" applies very much to this situation, I looked at the cover and thought it was boring. The first few chapters were pretty boring but towards the middle is where all the action happens. It's like that plot thing we did in Ms.Petrella's class last year. The exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution is how the story was. That's why I recommend this book because some people like stories like that. These are a few reasons I decided to write this book and recommend it to my classmates.

The character I'm going to talk about is Darrell from the book The Bully. I chose this character because he really caught my eye when I was reading this book. I know he is the main character in the book but I liked his actions. Darrell was one of those quiet kids that keep to themselves. Darrell was a new kid at BluFord high, and he got bullied. Darrell would always try and avoid his bully but they always ran into each other. Darrell was a nice friendly kid, he was not mean at all. Darrell was anti-social he didn't make that many friends at his new school. Darrell joined the wrestling team at his school, it was his first sport in that school. He was a very skinny and small teenager. Darrell had about two fight for wrestling, Darrell also stood up for himself and fought his bully and his bully got hurt.
